Withdrawals from your EP369 account are subject to the following conditions:

All bets placed on EP369 are deemed valid once EP369's system confirms receipt of the bet and displays a confirmation to the member. Bets that do not receive a system confirmation are not considered valid, and no payment obligation arises from such bets.
Odds displayed on the EP369 platform are in decimal format. Winnings are calculated based on the odds shown at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time the match is in progress (except for in-play bets). EP369 reserves the right to correct any odds resulting from an obvious technical or human error, and bets placed on such incorrect odds may be voided or recalculated using the correct odds.
If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, or abandoned before the designated completion time under the relevant sport's rules, EP369 will apply its standard void policy. In general, affected bets will be returned to the member's account balance at odds of 1.00. Exceptions may apply under specific circumstances as outlined in the relevant sport's rules.
In-play or live betting on EP369 allows members to place bets while a match is in progress. In-play odds change in real time in line with match developments. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that the odds they select are current and not outdated. EP369 is not liable for any confusion arising from network delays when an in-play bet is placed.
Parlay betting on EP369 allows members to combine between 2 and 15 selections on a single slip. Parlay winnings are paid out only if all selections on the slip are successful. If any selection within a parlay is voided (odds revert to 1.00), the parlay remains valid with the remaining selections. The minimum parlay bet is RM 5.
All EP369 bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements have been met in full. EP369 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse is confirmed.
All EP369 bonuses carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once this period lapses, with no compensation provided. EP369 is not obligated to remind members of their bonus expiry dates, although we may send voluntary reminders via email or notification.
Live casino games at EP369 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated by certified third-party software providers. The outcomes of all live casino games are final and cannot be disputed by members except in cases of technical error that is clearly evidenced and verifiable through system records.

EP369 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available for members who require it. EP369 is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or directives from government authorities.
